Our Objectives and Tasks

The objective of the Association is satisfaction, protection, representation of professional, social, economic, creative, cultural and other common interests of members of the Association on the various issues related to the development and unification of maritime and commercial law in Ukraine and abroad.

In the course of its activities the Association assigns the following tasks:

• promotion of the development and unification of maritime and commercial law in Ukraine and abroad;
• establishment of contacts with governmental and non-governmental institutions, local self-government authorities, enterprises and organizations on issues related to the activities of the Association;
• promotion of professional training, retraining and skills upgrading of members of the Association;
• protection of rights and lawful interests of members of the Associate;
• satisfaction of cultural interests of members of the Association.
