Amendments to the Charter of the Association shall be approved by the General Assembly.
Amendments to the Charter shall be considered as approved, if they voted at least ? of the Members of the Association presented at the meeting of the General Assembly.
The registration authority shall be informed about amendments in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Amendments to the Charter shall be registered and shall come into force from the moment of state registration.
