I. INTRODUCTION

  1. This Charter defines the principles of establishment, activity, reorganization and liquidation of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION "UKRAINIAN MARITIME BAR ASSOCIATION", which is established according to the decision of the Founding meeting of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION "SOUTH-UKRAINIAN MARITIME BAR ASSOCIATION" (previous name), fixed in the minute ¹ 1 of 01.12.2006, and registered by the Odessa Regional Department of Justice on January 25, 2007, and registered by the Executive Committee of the Odessa City Council on January 30, 2007.
