The Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks 2007: Implementation of the Norms to the National Legal Space of Ukraine

The article is devoted to the problematic issues that will arise during the implementation of the norms of the Nairobi Convention in the national legislation of Ukraine. Nine problematic positions were identified and is given a list of actions, necessary in opinion of authors, directed on ensuring appropriate implementation of the Convention in the national legislation of Ukraine.
