Ukraine v Russia. PCA Case ¹ 2017-06

On February 19, 2018, fulfilling terms of Article 13 (1) of the Rules of Procedure in the PCA Case No. 2017-06 Ukraine filed its Memorial in arbitration proceedings against the Russian Federation.
In turn, the Russian Federation shall submit its Counter-Memorial on or before November 19, 2018.
